1. Registration at the place of residence of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus

Registration at the place of stay of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus

Registration period:	3 business days from the date of submission of the application
Payment amount:	free of charge – for registration in temporary accommodation facilities, as well as for minors, individuals living in state stationary social service organizations, for citizens of the Republic of Belarus undergoing military service under contract, conscription, service in the reserve, being on military or special training camps, undergoing alternative service0.5 of the base value – for other persons and in other cases
List of documents that a citizen is required to provide:	• application form * passport or other identity document * birth certificate – for persons under the age of 14 who do not have passports or other identity documents (for foreign citizens and stateless persons who have been granted refugee status or asylum in the Republic of Belarus-if any) * document that is the basis for registration at the place of stay * death certificate (for foreign citizens and stateless persons who have been granted refugee status or asylum in the Republic of Belarus, – if any), or a copy thereof certified by a notary, or a certificate of the civil registry office containing information from the record of the death certificate (in the event of the death of one of the legal representatives), or a copy of the court decision on the deprivation of parental rights, on the cancellation of adoption ,on the recognition of a citizen as legally incompetent, missing or declaring a citizen dead, or a certificate of the civil registry office containing information from the record of the birth certificate, if the record of the child’s parents is made in accordance with Article 55 of the Marriage and Family Code of the Republic of Belarus, or a copy of the decision (ruling) of the court or criminal prosecution body on the announcement of the search for a citizen – for registration of a minor aged 14 to 18 years who has one legal representative, not at the place of residence or not at the place of residence of this legal representative * written consent of the minor’s legal representatives to register the minor not at their place of residence or not at their place of residence, certified in accordance with the established procedure, – for registration of a minor aged from 14 to 18 years not at the place of residence or not at the place of residence of his legal representatives, with the exception of minors who arrived from another locality to receive full-time education, as well as cases when the legal representative of the minor is not registered at the place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Belarus or is a foreign citizen or a stateless person who does not permanently reside in the Republic of Belarus * proof of payment document
